Sugar Land is in Texas, in the South, where summers are hot and humid, winters are short, and severe storms in spring are a fact of life; businesses run air conditioning most of the year and many open early to beat the heat. Getting around Sugar Land is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across Texas's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

came in 30 minutes before closing , stood about 10 waiting to place my order , lady at counter said they’re not serving smoothies anymore. There was no sign or anything visible to let customers know when they stop serving smoothies. they just let me stand there for 10 minutes making me look like a fool then telling me they can’t serve me anymore. Disappointed.

Went on 1/27/26 at around 4:30pm. The lady there was not welcoming at all, I said hello to her and all she did was look at me and stare down at the screen. Then she proceeded to use a dirty blender for my drinks. Idk how long that blender has been there. After she just handed the drinks, I said thank you and I was ignored. She had headphones on the whole time which I’m not against but if you’re ignoring your customers that’s an issue. Will most likely not go back.

I gathered my 3 customer visit cards on Sunday, July 21st to redeem 1 free smoothie and purchase the 2nd one. I was told that the cards were not completed and they could not be combined. This is the first time I hear of this. I do not carry this card on me at all times, therefore when I unexpectedly visit a thirstys location I ask for a new card. I have combined my cards in the past. The male cashier laughed as if I was insane when I told him that I would be combining the cards. That was disrespectful. I love Thirty’s and will continue to buy my smoothies but not from this location.

Terrible service from Niha, they gave the wrong order and refused to give a refund for the order. Disappointed and I will never come back here. I found the service and attention to detail very disappointing. The quality of the products and the ingredients used were not great at all and there are plenty of other stores I would recommend going to.
